All the professionals at La Casamance, with the help of user representatives, are committed to a continuous improvement approach to the quality and safety of care. Every quarter, a satisfaction survey is carried out among patients in full hospitalisation, outpatient hospitalisation and examinations (senology, medical imaging).
In the 2nd quarter of 2018, 1,822 patients (22%) told us how satisfied they were with their care.
The overall satisfaction score was 81%.
Satisfaction by theme:
- 88% of patients are satisfied with the attitude of professionals
- 88% of patients were satisfied with their overall care
- 84% of patients were satisfied with communication with professionals
- 81% of patients were satisfied with the information provided
- 74% of patients were satisfied with the amenities in their room and the services offered
- 56% of patients were satisfied with hospital catering
The results of the satisfaction survey are presented to the Users' Committee (CDU ) and communicated throughout the establishment's various departments.
