Hôpital Privé la Casamance invites you to take part in Patient Safety Week: throughout the week, professionals will be available in the lobby to discuss and share information with you about safe care.
Programme:
Monday 26 November from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm:
Theme: Identitovigilance
Come and test your knowledge of identity vigilance, because "here, you're unique!
Tuesday 27 November from 12:00 to 14:00:
Theme: Quality and Risk Management
The Quality and Risk Management Department will answer your questions about
"The Quality and Risk Management Department will answer your questions on "Quality and Healthcare Safety Indicators (IQSS): what do they measure? and the management of undesirable events.
Wednesday 28 November from 10:00 to 16:00:
Topic: Infectious Risk Management
The Operational Hygiene Team (EOH) will be organising a presentation on the theme: "Antibiotics used correctly - we're all concerned".
Come and test the "cuckoo box", to check that you're using hydro-alcoholic solutions correctly!
Thursday 29 November from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm:
Theme: Patients' rights
In partnership with user representatives, a team of professionals will run a fun workshop on patients' rights, to help you find out more about the Trusted Person and Advance Directives.
Throughout the week from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm:
Theme: The medication circuit
Pharmacists will be on hand to talk to you about the subject of "Medicines, and how to use them wisely".
