All the professionals at La Casamance, with the help of user representatives, are committed to a continuous improvement approach to the quality and safety of care. Every quarter, a satisfaction survey is carried out among patients in full hospitalisation, outpatient hospitalisation and examinations (senology, medical imaging).

In the 4th quarter of 2018, 1,622 patients (16%) told us how satisfied they were with their care.

The overall satisfaction score was 81%.

Satisfaction by theme:

  • 89% of patients are satisfied with the attitude of professionals
  • 88% of patients were satisfied with their overall care
  • 85% of patients were satisfied with communication with professionals
  • 82% of patients were satisfied with the information provided
  • 73% of patients were satisfied with the amenities in their room and the services offered
  • 58% of patients were satisfied with hospital catering

The results of the satisfaction survey are presented to the Users' Committee (CDU ) and communicated throughout the establishment's various departments.
