All the professionals at La Casamance, with the help of user representatives, are committed to a continuous improvement approach to the quality and safety of care. Every quarter, a satisfaction survey is carried out among patients in full hospitalisation, outpatient hospitalisation and examinations (senology, medical imaging).
In Q1 2019, 1,853 patients ( 19%) told us how satisfied they were with their care.
The overall satisfaction score was 82%.
Satisfaction by theme:
- 89% of patients are satisfied with the attitude of professionals
- 89% of patients were satisfied with the overall care provided
- 85% of patients were satisfied with communication with professionals
- 84% of patients were satisfied with the information provided
- 72% of patients were satisfied with the amenities in their room and the services offered
- 58% of patients are satisfied with hospital catering
The results of the satisfaction survey are presented to the Users' Committee (CDU ) and communicated within the various departments of the establishment.
