National day of reflection on organ donation and transplantation

Saturday 22 June is the national day of reflection on organ donation and transplantation.
We'd like to take this opportunity to ask you whether or not you 'd like to be an organ donor.
In France, the law states that we are all organ and tissue donors, unless we have expressed our refusal during our lifetime.
So if you are opposed to organ donation and transplantation, and to spare your loved ones the pain of bereavement, it is important to register your refusal on the national register.
If you have changed your mind about refusing organ donation and you are on the national register of refusals, you have the right to access and rectify your data at any time.
To do so, simply send a letter to the Agence de la biomédecine, enclosing a copy of your identity document, requesting that you be removed from the register.
