This week, we'd like to introduce you to Rachida, a hospital duty officer who has been working in our hospital for 3 and a half years. Rachida joined the surgical team 1? years ago after working in the intensive care unit.
In her job, Rachida particularly appreciates the relationship she has with patients, especially when she's distributing meals. "I really like the close relationships with patients and the teamwork within the department, which makes you feel like a fully-fledged member of the care teams.
Thank you to her and to all the hospital service staff for their daily commitment to serving patients.
