As part of the expansion and modernisation of our critical care unit, we are recruiting nurses and care assistants.
Permanent day and night positions are available.
Main duties - Nurse :
- Control and management of equipment, medical devices and products
- Coordination and organisation of activities and care
- Training and informing new staff and trainees
- Informing and educating people, their families and a group of people
- Observation of a person's state of health and relational and social behaviour
- Carrying out comfort and well-being care
- Carrying out preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic care and activities
- Collecting clinical data
- Drawing up and updating patient records
- Monitoring changes in a person's state of health
- Monitoring and professional research
Main duties - Care assistant :
In collaboration with and under the responsibility of the nurse, you provide preventive care, maintenance, relations and health education, to preserve and restore the continuity of life, well-being and autonomy of the person:
- Personal hygiene and comfort care
- Observation and collection of data relating to the person's state of health
- Assisting the nurse in providing care
- Maintaining the person's immediate environment and making up beds
- Maintaining care equipment
- Transmitting written and verbal observations to maintain continuity of care
- Welcoming, informing, supporting and educating people and those around them
- Welcoming and supporting trainees
- Help and support with daily activities (meals, toileting, etc.)
- Maintaining equipment and managing equipment stocks
- Help and psychological support for patients and their families.
