Patient satisfaction - 1st quarter 2021

All the professionals at La Casamance, with the help of user representatives, are committed to a continuous improvement approach to the quality and safety of care. Every quarter, a satisfaction survey is carried out among patients in full hospitalisation, outpatient hospitalisation and examinations (senology, medical imaging).
In the first quarter of 2021, 1,231 patients ( 16%) told us how satisfied they were with their care.
The overall satisfaction score was 88%.
Satisfaction by theme:
- 93% of patients are satisfied with their overall care
- 93% of patients were satisfied with the attitude of professionals
- 90% of patients were satisfied with communication with professionals
- 87% of patients were satisfied with the information provided
- 84% of patients were satisfied with the amenities in the room and the services offered
- 73% of patients were satisfied with hospital catering
The results of the satisfaction survey are presented to the Users' Committee (CDU ) and communicated throughout the establishment's various departments.
