In 2013, 11811 patients (34%) took part in our satisfaction survey.
98.7% of patients were satisfied overall with their stay (reception, quality of care, patient information, hotel services and catering).
Questionnaire items for which the score does not meet the target of more than 96% of satisfied patients and the most recurrent free comments from patients are included in the 2014 quality and risk management programme.
Questionnaires with free comments referring to a major mismanagement follow the same processing circuit as undesirable events (analysis of the facts and implementation of improvement actions).
