I-SATIS 2014 national survey

The I-SATIS inpatient satisfaction survey is based on a telephone survey carried out after patients have been discharged from hospital. Telephone interviews are carried out with volunteer patients by a survey institute independent of the health establishment, using a national questionnaire comprising 33 compulsory questions.

• 120 patients hospitalised between April and June at the Hôpital Privé La Casamance were interviewed by the Kalitis© polling institute.
