Satisfaction survey of patients hospitalised at Hôpital Privé La Casamance d'Aubagne
During 2014, 11304 patients (i.e. 34%) responded to the satisfaction questionnaire (stable rate since 2013). Return rates varied from 9% to 81% depending on the department.
Overall results:
- 99% of patients are satisfied with overall care
- 99% of patients were satisfied with the attitude of professionals
- 97% of patients were satisfied with the information provided
- 97% of patients were satisfied with communication with professionals
- 91% of patients were satisfied with the amenities in their room and the services offered
- 79% of patients were satisfied with hospital catering
The results of the satisfaction survey are presented to the Commission des Relations avec les Usagers et de la Qualité de la Prise en Charge (CRUQPC) and communicated within the various departments of the establishment.
