Results of the patient satisfaction survey at Hôpital Privé La Casamance Aubagne
In the 1st quarter of 2015, 2,372 patients (32%) told us how satisfied they were with their care.
Since 1 January 2015, the calculation methods have been reviewed in order to improve the relevance of the analysis. A score out of 100 is calculated for each item in the questionnaire.
