Patient satisfaction survey at La Casamance Private Hospital in Aubagne
All the professionals at La Casamance, with the help of user representatives, are committed to a process of continuous improvement in the quality and safety of care. Every quarter, a satisfaction survey is carried out among patients in full hospitalisation, outpatient hospitalisation and examinations (senology, medical imaging).
In the 3rd quarter of 2015, 1,568 patients (29%) told us how satisfied they were with their care.
The overall satisfaction score was 79%.
Satisfaction by theme:
- 86% of patients are satisfied with their overall care
- 86% of patients were satisfied with the attitude of professionals
- 81% of patients were satisfied with communication with professionals
- 80% of patients were satisfied with the information provided
- 73% of patients were satisfied with the amenities in their room and the services offered
- 58% of patients were satisfied with hospital catering
The results of the satisfaction survey are presented to the Commission des Relations avec les Usagers et de la Qualité de la Prise en Charge (CRUQPC) and communicated within the various departments of the establishment.
