The resuscitation team participated with merit in the Continuous Improvement Programme for Teamwork (PACTE) trial from April 2014 to May 2016.
The aim of this experiment is to implement and evaluate a programme (PACTE) that supports collaborative practices, in particular:
- by taking action on the contributing factors associated with communication difficulties, task organisation, the working environment and team functioning.
- by proposing methods and tools that can be used whatever the team's sector of activity.
