The Hôpital Privé la Casamance invites you to a conference on Thursday 19 January at 7.30pm on the theme of " What is hypnosis? What are its medical applications ?
The process of hypnosis will be presented by Dr Jean-Marc Benhaiem, Director of the D.U. in Medical Hypnosis at the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital.
Then Fabrice Arnould, a hypnotherapist psychologist, will talk about clinical studies and brain imaging.
Finally, Dr Robert Benhamou will discuss the indications for hypnosis in surgery, with particular reference to ophthalmology.
