Every year, the Hôpital Privé treats over 400 chemotherapy patients and 300 cancer surgery patients. "Despite the existence of supportive care within the establishment, we felt it was essential to be able to offer our patients a comprehensive programme that takes into account both psychological and physiological parameters and promotes their well-being."
A look back at the second edition of the PACA-Corsica Support Care Congress (CSSC2016)
More than 250 participants, including doctors and paramedics from hospitals and private practice, as well as user associations, contributed to the richness of this biennial event organised by the RRC OncoPaca-Corse.
Teams were singled out for their poster presentations:
- CH d'Avignon / CAM Vaucluse - "Work and malignant haemopathies".
- Institut Sainte Catherine - "Occupational risk consultations".
- Hôpital Privé La Casamance - "CAP Santé".
- 3C8 Bouches-du-Rhône Nord- "Smile therapeutic education programme".
See you in 2018 in Avignon for the third edition of the Congress.
