Over 400 people (patients, visitors and professionals) took part in the activities organised throughout the week.
The operational hygiene team informed participants about the correct use of antibiotics and hand hygiene techniques;
A room of errors was set up in the lobby to raise awareness of patients' rights, in collaboration with users' representatives.
The pharmacy department had a stand on generic drugs.
Posters on Quality and Risk Management were displayed in the lobby.
